Jaco van Gass won double gold in the Invictus Games. He competed in both the Time Trial and the Circuit Race.
Mr van Gass said: “I was confident before the races but you can never know for sure."
“When we did the GB trials I was among the fastest but I was concerned about the other countries because I had no idea how good they were.
“I didn’t sleep much the night before as I was very nervous but the races went well. It means a hell of a lot to get two golds. I’ve had a bit of a rocky year this year — I’ve suffered a lot of injuries and I really wanted a good result. Now I’m very happy.”
